The British-Mediterranean inspired menu includes dishes such as Seared yellow fin tuna, avocado puree, salted cucumber & fresh horseradish; Duck leg agnolotti, white onion puree, pecorino & cooking juices; Smoked lobster, lemon butter sauce & chervil; and snacks such as Goat's cheese 'churros’ & truffled honey. Sweet treats include Chocolate & peanut bar, cookie crumble, banana ice cream and Caramelised tart Tatin of apples.
An open kitchen and separate dessert bar allow guests to watch and interact with the chefs during their meal, whilst those on the exclusive ‘Social Table’ can enjoy a bespoke tasting menu. Four service trollies serving champagne, digestives, cigars, teas and sweets complete the experience.
